We start from the customer's problem
We look first at the problems customers and plants face, ahead of our own convenience.
At LASEE, we develop not only technology but also the way we work. We turn people's experience into organizational knowledge, and connect that knowledge to work standards and systems.

LASEE connects people's growth to the company's ability to execute. We have organized it around four pillars so that first-time visitors can grasp the essentials quickly. Select any card to jump straight to the related content.
Energy that leaves the sun, about 150 million km away, reaches the Earth, meets a solar panel and becomes electricity.
That electricity passes through an inverter to become power we can use, and the vast amount of data produced at each plant is managed through a monitoring system.
LASEE looks beyond that data.
We check whether generation is normal, whether the equipment is sound, and whether customers feel at ease.
Until the energy that began at the sun arrives at our customers' peace of mind.
That is how we look at solar power.
We protect every moment of a solar power plant with advanced technology, so that sustainable energy keeps flowing to future generations.
We are growing into a smart energy platform that lights the way to a sustainable future through AI- and data-driven innovation.
It carries today's responsibility to protect the light in the field and LASEE's promise to build a sustainable future together.
Values are not words hung on a wall; they are the basis for the small decisions we make in front of customers. LASEE's five values show the behaviors we care about.
We make roles and priorities visible, share problems, and see our work through to completion. Shared standards let us collaborate in the same way, even across different departments.
We look first at the problems customers and plants face, ahead of our own convenience.
We don't stop at the numbers; we connect them with what is actually happening and its context before we judge.
We share KPIs, priorities, instructions and progress where everyone can see them.
We identify gaps in roles, resources and time, then report and adjust alternatives to get the work done.
We don't gloss over ambiguity; we ask questions and clearly share the situation, our judgment and what we need.
Good execution is recorded as manuals and cases so that anyone can use it again.
The basic flow of work at LASEE is to identify the gap between what we need to do (assigned roles, requested tasks and the work we want to do) and what we have (current resources, time and environment), then develop alternatives, report and adjust, and complete the work.
We make role-specific processes and collaboration points visible, standardize our competitive advantages and improve inefficiencies.
We strengthen execution through prioritization, time management, use of information, problem-solving and making work visible.
We connect the fulfillment and values found in work, what customers mean to us and the impact of our work to the organization's goals.
To pull together with the same goal, the same mindset and the same method, we share roles and progress transparently and keep adjusting until results are delivered.
We align goals and priorities first, then fit our assigned roles, requested tasks and the work we want to do within the resources and time we have. When a gap appears, we don't hide or postpone it; we find alternatives and report them. We share progress and results visibly, and leave completed experience behind for the next person to use.
We don't leave a new hire's adjustment to the individual, and we don't let our people's growth end with one-off training. We connect onboarding, on-the-job learning, in-house coaching and real-work application to design how people grow and how work changes.
Learn · Apply · ShareLASEE Academy is our in-house learning system for continuously building core skills, job expertise, leadership and AI/AX capabilities. We learn from the company's real cases and challenges, then apply the lessons to our own work through hands-on practice and feedback from in-house coaches. In-house instructor seminars, department forums, practical CS training and site visits are linked together, and the results are kept as reusable standards such as manuals, videos and LSOP.
We apply what we learn in training to our actual work, refine it with feedback from colleagues, and record proven methods as manuals, videos and LSOP. These accumulated standards help new colleagues settle in quickly and keep our customer service consistent.

Learning at LASEE doesn't end in the classroom. We learn from our colleagues' expertise, understand one another's differences, and confirm it all again with customers and at plant sites. Working materials, photos and manuals accumulate as the organization's learning record.

We invite solar industry figures and experts to share industry trends and the direction of the sustainable energy transition. We turn outside perspectives and expertise into improvement tasks for LASEE's technology and services.

On Clopening Day, we share business results and operating direction with all team members. It is a company-wide forum for reviewing our achievements together and aligning, in a common language, on the need for change and the next goals.

Led by the Solar Business Division, we ran 12 training sessions and lunch meetings to study customer service cases, products and services, and field issues together. On plant visits, team members see equipment structure, operations and the monitoring installation and operation process firsthand, which improves the accuracy of consultations and problem-solving ability.
Employees themselves explain the Research Institute's development work, the Solar Business Division's field experience and CS inquiry cases. Through a monthly forum and shared project experience, individual know-how becomes organizational knowledge.
We don't treat personality or behavior types as fixed answers. We use them as a reference for understanding our own communication style and strengths, respecting differences with colleagues, and talking about roles and growth direction.
New hires learn step by step: the CEO's philosophy, the company and its business, LSOP, collaboration and communication, and solar and CS practice. Then, in the 30-day OJT, they go through understanding, execution, improvement and wrap-up to build work standards that keep them on course even when working alone.

LASEE doesn't judge people solely by the job they currently hold. We look together at what they do well, what they want to do and the roles the company needs. Alongside career preference and work values tests, we use assessments such as MBTI, DISC and the Enneagram as a reference for self-understanding and conversations about collaboration.
Assessment results are not used directly in performance reviews, and full results and raw scores are not submitted to the company.
AI is not here to replace people. It is a tool that turns the judgment people have built up in the field into faster, more accurate customer value.
People gain experience. The company must learn. We record the standards behind our judgments and pass them on.
LASEE doesn't see performance as a single number. We look at the whole picture: delivering results in your own work, spotting problems, carrying out improvements and contributing to colleagues' growth. With AI, too, we look not at how often it is used but at how much the actual work has improved.
A growth system only matters when it leads to real action. LASEE keeps taking concrete steps so that joining and settling in, learning and coaching, on-the-job application and performance feedback are all connected.
Growth principle — We don't stop at learning: we apply it to our work, share it with colleagues, and keep it as organizational knowledge.
When people grow, work gets better; when work gets better, customer trust grows. LASEE will keep that virtuous cycle turning.
